The citation of Publications Online articles complains with ISSN rules :
Authors (year,month,day). Full title. Publ. Online. Retrieved from http://pub-online.org/full_address?with_fullrequest
Authors field contains the Full name of each author (full name, middle name and surname) separated with commas. The date in the citation is the publication date of the article (found in the article just below the name of the authors). The title in the citation must be same as the title of the original article (case). The citation must contain full internet address with full request string.
