Publications Online

Submitted articles are subjected to several steps. Firstly, papers sent by mail to Publications Online (with the mandatory signed license) are converted to HTML and an electronic version is submitted to authors. After Author draft acceptation, the paper is published on the site in the "Submitted article" section.

Registered users can review the articles and grade the article. They can also give their review concerning the article using the reviewing form or the forum. Gradation without reviewing will not be considered.
Every week, articles with at least seven reviews will be considered. Comments of considered articles will be read by the editorial board. Non relevant comments will not be considered (the notation linked with non relevant comments will also not be considered).
Articles with notation upper than 3.5 will be published in the public part of the site.
Articles with low notation and more than 20 reviews will be banish in the Rejected articles section.
